The Almohad bath Audiodescription.

The Almohad bath

You are in the first room of the almohade bath: the vestible. The wall in front of you, there is a hole on the left (closed to the public), which gives access to the square cold room of the almohade bath. The hole on the right gives acces to a narrow rectangular room (closed to the public), used as a latrine.
On the right wall, through a narrow short hole, and walking down some steps, you can access the next room in the almohade bath: the lukewarm water room. After going down the steps, on the left wall, there is a narrow short hole that gives access to another of the rooms in this hall. On the front wall, there is a hole that gives access to the next room: the warm water room
The vestibule gave way to the cold and lukewarm water rooms respectively. In the cold water room we can find a glazed tiles fountain, a latrine and access to a small room intended to rest. The lukewarm water room is covered with vaults and is divided into two separate rooms: one covered by barrel vaults and star-shaped skylights and another which preserved the original marble flooring. These skylights gave some light to the room and created a relaxing atmosphere. From this room, users gained access to the warm room. The warm water room was covered with vaults and was divided in three parts. It had a basin built in the 13th Century, during the Christian rule of the city.
